Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the LifeBoxesGo website and online store (the "Service") operated by LifeBoxesGo ("we," "us," or "our"). LifeBoxesGo is a drop shipping retail store operating on the Shopify platform. When you place an order with us, we fulfill that order by purchasing the product from a third-party supplier, who ships it directly to you. We act as the retailer of record for all transactions.
As a drop shipping business, please be aware of the following:
- Products may ship from domestic or international warehouses, including from overseas suppliers.
- Shipping times may be longer than traditional retail, especially for international shipments.
- Multiple items in a single order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
- Product packaging may reflect the supplier's branding rather than LifeBoxesGo branding.
3. Products and Pricing
3.1 Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site is completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor display settings.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you to either confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3.3 Availability
Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our sole discretion. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1 Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4.2 Payment
We accept payment through Shopify's secure checkout system, which may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or approved third-party processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
4.3 Taxes
Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by applicable law. The applicable tax rate is determined based on the shipping destination. You are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes imposed by your local government.
5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times vary based on the product, supplier location, and your shipping address. Standard delivery may range from 7–30 business days for domestic orders, and longer for international shipments.
5.2 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. Free shipping promotions, where offered, apply only to qualifying orders as specified.
5.3 International Shipping
For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees imposed by your country's customs authority. LifeBoxesGo is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is reported lost, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our suppliers to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@lifeboxesgo.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. Certain items — including personal care products, consumables, and customized items — are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons.
6.2 Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6.3 Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
6.4 Chargebacks
We ask that customers contact us to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.
7. User Accounts
You may create an account on our website to track orders and manage preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the LifeBoxesGo website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions — is the property of LifeBoxesGo or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

- Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting your identity.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIFEBOXESGO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The arbitration shall take place in Utah, and the language shall be English.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. You agree to waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit against LifeBoxesGo.
