Thank you for shopping with LifeBoxesGo! We are committed to delivering your order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect after placing your order.
1. How We Ship — Drop Shipping Disclosure
LifeBoxesGo operates as a drop shipping store. When you place an order, it is fulfilled by one of our trusted third-party suppliers who ship directly to you. This means:
- Your order may ship from a warehouse located within the United States or internationally (including Asia, Europe, or other regions).
- Multiple items in one order may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times.
- Outer packaging may reflect the supplier's branding rather than the LifeBoxesGo name.
- A separate tracking number may be provided for each shipment.
We partner only with reliable suppliers to ensure product quality and consistent delivery. If you have any concerns about your shipment, our support team is always ready to help.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During peak shopping periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holiday season), processing times may be slightly longer. We will communicate any significant delays via email.
3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
The following table summarizes our shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and costs. All timeframes are estimates from the date of shipment (not the date of order) and are not guaranteed.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on qualifying domestic orders of $35 or more. Shipping costs for international orders and expedited options are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.
4. Domestic Shipping (United States)
4.1 Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is our most economical option and is free on orders over $35. Packages typically arrive within 7–15 business days from the shipment date. Deliveries are made via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a carrier selected by our supplier.
4.2 Expedited Shipping
For faster delivery, expedited shipping is available from $9.99 and typically delivers within 3–7 business days. This option is available on most products; some supplier-specific items may not qualify.
4.3 Express Shipping
Express shipping delivers within 1–3 business days from $19.99. Please note that express transit times apply only after the order has been processed and dispatched — the 1–3 business day window does not include processing time.
5. International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are subject to the following conditions:
5.1 Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. LifeBoxesGo has no control over customs processing times or fees.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on applicable duties before placing an international order.
5.2 Customs Delays
Customs processing may add additional time to the estimated delivery window. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs holds. If your package is held by customs, you may be required to provide additional documentation or pay applicable fees to release the shipment.
5.3 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any postal codes, apartment numbers, or local address requirements. LifeBoxesGo is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
You can also log in to your LifeBoxesGo account and visit the "My Orders" section to view real-time order status and tracking. If you did not create an account, use the tracking number provided in your confirmation email directly on the carrier's website.
If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@lifeboxesgo.com.
7. Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
If your order contains items from multiple suppliers, your order may be shipped in separate packages with different tracking numbers. Each package will be dispatched individually and may arrive on different dates.
You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each package. There is no additional shipping charge for split shipments — the total shipping cost displayed at checkout covers all packages in your order.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
8.1 Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check around your property, with neighbors, and in any secure package areas.
- Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.
- Allow 3 additional business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
If the package is still not located after the above steps, contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date at support@lifeboxesgo.com and we will open a trace investigation with the carrier.
8.2 Stolen Packages
LifeBoxesGo is not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered and subsequently stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address or choosing a delivery option that requires a signature where available.
8.3 Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s) before opening the parcel fully. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lifeboxesgo.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made before dispatch. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lifeboxesgo.com with your order number.
If an order is returned to us or our supplier due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping costs. In some cases, a refund may be issued minus the original shipping cost.
10. P.O. Box & APO/FPO Addresses
We accept P.O. Box addresses for standard U.S. domestic shipping where supported by the carrier. Delivery to P.O. Boxes may take slightly longer than standard estimates.
We currently accept APO/FPO military addresses for select products. Delivery times to military addresses may be extended and are outside our direct control. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery to an APO/FPO address to confirm eligibility.
11. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on the destination country or carrier regulations. Products containing batteries, liquids, or certain materials may be subject to additional regulations and may not be eligible for air shipping to all destinations.
If a product in your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitution or a full refund for that item.
12. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During high-volume periods such as the winter holidays, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday, order processing and delivery times may be longer than our standard estimates. We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any date-specific needs during these periods.
We will post notices on our website and notify customers by email when significant delays are anticipated.
